With current attitudes and regulations about Marijuana shifting across the country and world, there are many entry level opportunities to create a successful business. Soleil Gourmet is the culmination of my various passions from over the years. Currently in the states that allow legalized/medical marijuana, the medicated foods on offer are brownies, cookies, and gummy candies. Basic options, and there are no places where you can sit down and enjoy your medicated food. Soleil Gourmet will offer a venue that is part desserts restaurant, DJ lounge and art gallery. The focus here is on making everything we offer, come with the WOW! Factor. Our desserts will not be basic offerings, but gourmet medicated pastries, chocolates, and more, using next level presentations and molecular gastronmy techniques.
Another aspect of the medicated foods industry that I see a chance to capitalize on, is potency. Most medicated treats are so potent, the direction on the packaging says to eat 1/8th of the cookie or brownie. Now we all know that people will eat more, but the dose becomes too heavy, and they are couch-locked. Soleil Gourmet desserts will be single serve-single dose. So the guest can enjoy the entire dessert, and not be worried about ingesting too much THC.
As there are no offerings such as this, the opportunity to create something unique, and next level is right in front of us.
Lounge
One Third of the space will be dedicated as a DJ Lounge. With an intimate dance floor, quality sound and rotating guest DJs playing filthy-beautiful, space-bass, lover-beats.
Desserts
One Third of the space will be the desserts restaurant, where guests can be seated and served plated desserts that are beautiful works of art, as well as medicated.
Gallery
One third of the space will host an art gallery. Here we will display the artwork of friends and various artists for viewing and sales. Gallery space will change on a monthly basis.
